The PADI Equipment Specialist Course covers the theory and principles of the operation of diving equipment and maintenance procedures. It includes an orientation to repair procedures, simple suggestions for comfortable equipment configurations and common problems with equipment. The course also makes recommendations for maintenance and storage of equipment and gives divers an introduction to new equipment.
This course will give you the knowledge to troubleshoot any problems you may have with the equipment you use, and to recognize the common problems that occur.
Please note: At the completion of this course you are not qualified to service SCUBA diving
Saturday – 9:30am – 4:30pm – Full day of theory, with hands on workshop.
PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent rating with another training agency)
Includes: Handouts and PADI Certification upon successful completion
Pen and paper for note taking – course notes will be handed out during the session.
