Specialty Course – Equipment Specialist
Introduction
The PADI Equipment Specialist Course covers the theory and principles of the operation of diving equipment and maintenance procedures. It includes an orientation to repair procedures, simple suggestions for comfortable equipment configurations and common problems with equipment. The course also makes recommendations for maintenance and storage of equipment and gives divers an introduction to new equipment.
Description
This course will give you the knowledge to troubleshoot any problems you may have with the equipment you use, and to recognize the common problems that occur.
Please note: At the completion of this course you are not qualified to service SCUBA diving equipment.
Schedule
Saturday – 9:30am – 4:30pm – Full day of theory, with hands on workshop.
Prerequisites
PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent rating with another training agency)

$185.00
Includes: PADI eLearning & PADI digital certification upon successful completion
Requirements
Ipad or laptop with eLearning notes
Pen and paper for additional note taking
1 JPEG passport style photograph for your eCard

This is non-refundable fee as this pays for your access to the Equipment Specialist course e-learning pass.
You will receive your PADI Equipment Specialist eLearning code once you have provided us with your details and paid the course deposit. The eLearning is to be completed independently at home prior to course commencement.
The balance of the course is to be paid on the day of the course.
