PADI’s most popular Specialty course! If you’re considering going on a dive holiday where you will be doing repetitive dives over a number of days, or your hoping to extend your bottom time on dives where you have enough gas to do so, then enriched air diving can be a benefit.

Description

This course is designed to qualify recreational divers to use enriched air (nitrox) for no stop recreational diving. The program addresses the use of enriched air with 22% to 40% oxygen, with emphasis on enriched air with 32% oxygen. Learn the risks and procedures with Enriched air, how to analyse your gas fill and correctly label your tank, and how to use your computers to allow you to run and plan enriched air dives.

Schedule

Tuesday – 6pm-9pm – theory, gas analysis, filling procedures

Sunday – Two boat dives

Prerequisites

PADI Open Water rating (or equivalent rating with another training agency)

Minimum age 15 years old

Cost

$425.00

Includes: PADI Enriched Air manual and all tuition, Enriched Air Nitrox fills and tanks, weights, 2 boat dives and PADI Digital Certification card upon successful completion

Combine Enriched Air course with Advanced Open Water or another Specialty course like Deep, Wreck or Sidemount, and get $150 off the course!

Requirements

Complete SCUBA unit including alternate air source, SPG, computer & compass

Mask, snorkel, boots and fins

Wetsuit/drysuit, hood and gloves
